热再生沥青混合料的疲劳特性研究

Abstract: Aiming at RAP ( reclaimed asphalt pavement) of Yu-Chang freeway,the indirect tensile fatigue tests are carried out between a fresh asphalt mixture of AC-16 and the reclaimed AC-16 with RAP mixing amount 10,30,and 50 respectively,before and after the long-term aging. The fatigue life ratio Nf( k / n) and fatigue life loss ratio F ( k) are introduced to systematically analyze the variation of the fatigue properties of the reclaimed asphalt mixture. Test results show that: with the increase of RAP amount,the reclaimed asphalt mixture fatigue life ratio decreases; meanwhile,the age of fatigue life ratio of the reclaimed asphalt mixture is less than that before aging,and the fatigue life loss ratio increases.

摘要: 针对渝长高速公路废旧沥青混合料,对新拌沥青混合料 AC-16 和 RAP 掺量分别为 10%,30%,50% 的再生AC-16 进行长期老化前后的间接拉伸疲劳试验。引入疲劳寿命比 Nf( k/n) 和疲劳寿命损失率 F( k) 的概念,对再生沥青混合料疲劳特性的变化规律进行了系统评价。试验结果表明: 随 RAP 掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的疲劳寿命比降低,且老化后的疲劳寿命比要小于老化前,且疲劳寿命损失率增加
